If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn merchandise with all tags attached and in stockable condition, and in its original packaging within 7 days of the shipping date for a refund, or exchange, minus an $8.00 - $10 restocking fee. Items containing a crotch, however, may not be acceptable to our drop-shippers. You must email us and inquire, before returning anything. Credits or refund will be issued to the original credit card. Returns for refunds after 7 business days from the date it was shipped to you may not be processed. Please allow ten business days for your return/exchange to be processed. (However, refunds are processed immediately if you cancel your order before it is shipped.) Also, please allow at least up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement. We have no control over the processing time of your Credit Card Company. Initial shipping fees are not refundable unless you were inadvertantly shipped a defective item from one of our warehouses.

To return an item, please contact us via email at support@intimateattitudes.net and let us know why you need to return the item. We have a very low rate of returns and strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with our products. We also need to know your credit card information, your order number, the date the item was shipped to you, and whether you would like a refund or need to exchange the item. Remember to return the item in its original packaging.

Please note that all of our 50% off Sale Items are only returnable if the item is defective.

Also, please understand the sanitary nature of items with crotches, and laws in place in some states. Some suppliers do not accept these back in their stock, and are therefore not returnable.
