TATIANA SIZING GUIDELINES The Tatiana line is U.S. sized.
If you are currently wearing a 40D, then you would order a 40D etc. Each
manufacturer has slightly different sizing when it comes to D and above cups.
There is no set rule. Hence: Approximately: DD= E DDD= F or E and 1/2 FF= F and 1/2 We do not make the rules in bra sizing we
just try to live with them like you do! If one customer argues DDD is one thing
and another customer argues it is another, they are both right. 1. The entire line is standard cup sizing
except for Sasha 10799 and Natalie 10516. 2. Sasha 10799 the sizes after DD are in
half sizes up. DDD would be E and 1/2. F is F, FF is F and 1/2. 3. Natalie is the same the DDD is a half
size up from DD. 4 On the rest of the line E cup is the same
as DD. 5. As far as discussing sizing of the line I
have observed the following feedback from customers. Our ABCD cups are average U.S. sizing. When
you get to our E cups and F cups the stores that sell Goddess would say our F
cup is an E and our E a D. However, we have many stores that say our F cups fit
exactly as F cups because they are not comparing them to the Goddess brand. 6. European lines tend to run a little
smaller but we have not had any negative feedback except for those selling
Goddess and comparing our F cup to a Goddess F cup. 7. Since it is a published fact that 70% of
women are wearing the wrong size, (Usually too small) if anyone asks us we
usually say go up 1 size. 8. This is obviously not a scientific view
of sizing, my experience over the years is every manufacturer of all clothing
is not exactly uniform and we always get various conflicting feedback from
sizing occasionally. 9. In short we, if in doubt go to the next
higher size. SHAPEWEAR
SIZING
No matter what style of clothing you have chosen to
wear, the right shapewear can give you the sleek, curvy figure you have always
wanted! Of course you want your shapewear to fit for many reason the two most
important being...So it will look right And So it will be comfortable!
There
is no perfect science to fitting shapewear, there are so many things to factor
into finding the perfect fit. The information provided below will hopefully
help you to find out what size will be best for you. (Shapewear
sizes vary depending on name brand and type so this information is not going to
give you the best fit every time it is only a guide.)
Fitting Your Shapewear
Grab a
tape measure cause you'll need it! Shapewear comes in a variety of styles- from all-in-ones to
tummy-controlling panties. The many options let you decide where you want that
extra support. Shapewear also comes with different control levels -- light
control to extra-firm control. These control levels let you choose how much
support you want.
Shapewear Styles
*Body This style (also called an all-in-one) gives full coverage of the body and includes a built-in bra. For this reason, body shapewear comes in bra sizes. If you wear a 36C bra, you would buy a 36C body shapewear.
Bust Shapewear that enhances your
bust. This shapewear style comes in bra sizes as well.
If hip and tummy support is what
you're after, the hips style shapewear is right for you. The size you need is
based on the same waist and hip measurements used to determine your panty size.
(View Sizing Chart Below) *Thigh. A
long leg control brief is the thigh style. Generally the bottom of the leg will
have a special band to grip the leg and keep the brief from rolling up. Many
times this style also has a tummy control panel. Size is again determined by
your panty measurements. (View Sizing Chart Below) *Tummy. The
most popular shapewear style is the tummy brief. It looks almost identical to a
brief style panty and has an extra support panel in front to smooth over the
tummy. Its sizing follows the small, medium, large format. *Waist. As
its name indicates, this shapewear style creates a smooth contour to your
waist. It generally is made up of a brief with an elongated waistband that
comes up to the bottom of your bra. Its sizing comes in small, medium, large
etc. (View Sizing Chart Below)
Measure
your waist: Wrap the tape measure snugly, but without cinching, around the natural indentation or break at your waist. If you can’t find this curve, bend to the side and the crease will show you where to measure. This is your waist measurement. Write it down, you’ll need it in a moment. Measure
your hips: Wrap the tape measure around the fullest part of your hips. Use the mirror to make sure the tape measure is straight completely around. The tape measure should be snug and parallel to the floor. Write this down as well. Now refer your measurements to the size chart below:
Choosing Your Support Level
*Light Control. This control is light enough to give
you smoothness and shaping without binding. Control top pantyhose provide about
the same support as light control shapewear. *Moderate Control. For extra smoothness, moderate control shapewear is the
answer. Generally, this control will have more spandex and possibly light
control panels built in. This control can be worn up to eight hours without
discomfort. *Firm Control. The most popular support level, firm control can really make
a difference if you have a problem area you want to minimize. Though
comfortable, this level of support is difficult to wear the entire day. *Extra Firm Control This is the highest level of support available in shapewear.
At this level, you will find reinforced panels and possibly boning.
Fitting
Points: Here are the must haves for your Shapewear... *Have a seat... Your shapewear around your legs and torso should be snug, but not binding, it should be as comfortable when you sit as when you stand. If you are not comfortable, your undergarment needs to be adjusted. *Buy the right size!!! Buying a size too small will not give you additional support, but it will cause great discomfort and an undesirable look. If more support is what you are seeking, buy an undergarment that is meant to give firmer support! *Pear Shaped??? If you have an ample bottom and full hips, you will want to
have shapewear with side panels and extra rear support. *How will you know if it fits??? 1.)Does the waist stay in place? 2.)Move around as you would move throughout the day,
does it stay in place? 3.)Is it too tight on your legs? 4.)Is the crotch comfortable? 5.)Are there visible bulges or wrinkles? 6.)Do the legs or waist roll up or down? 7.)Is the garment smooth? If you ask yourself all of these questions and
are satisfied with your answers, you will be ready to wear your ultimate
Shapewear! Congratulations!!! Find Your Panty Size
Wearing
the right pair of panties can certainly make your day, or shall we say wearing
the wrong pair of panties can make your day really bad. If your underwear are falling
down or giving you the proverbial "wedgie" it can be the most
distracting part of your day. The good news is that all of this can be avoided,
by fitting yourself with correctly sized underwear!
There
is no perfect science to fitting underpants, there are so many things to factor
into finding the perfect fit. The information provided below will hopefully
help you to find out what size will be best for you. (Underwear
sizes vary depending on name brand and type so this information is not going to
give you the best fit every time it is only a guide.)
Fitting Your Underwear
Grab a
tape measure cause you'll need it! Finding your panty size is fairly easy.
Measure your waist
Wrap the tape measure snugly, but without cinching, around the natural indentation or break at your waist. If you can’t find this curve, bend to the side and the crease will show you where to measure. This is your waist measurement. Write it down, you’ll need it in a moment.
Measure your hips
Wrap the tape measure around the
fullest part of your hips. Use the mirror to make sure the tape measure is
straight completely around. The tape measure should be snug and parallel to the
floor. Write this down as well. Example: If your waist measured
28, and your hips measured 37, your panty size will be wither Medium or Size 6.
See
the chart below to help you figure your panty size...
Fitting
Points: Here are the must haves for your next pair of anties...*Comfortably
fitting crotch The crotch of your panties should
fit comfortably against your body. The fabric should not bunch up in the front
or the back, and should definitely not be too tight. If your panty has a front
horizontal crotch seam, it should be visible from the front and not slip
backwards. If it does, check to see that your panty isn't on backwards. *Waistband
is snug but not too tight If your waistband bunches up or rolls, you have the wrong size, try a size smaller. You will know when you have the right size because your band will stay in place and will be comfortable. *Legs are
snug but not too tight Panty legs should not be so tight that they make marks along
your thighs. Leg openings should be arched evenly on both legs and the fabric
should not be twisted or bunched. If you are still having trouble with tight
legs, try a panty with a high cut leg style such as French cut. *Buttocks
is cupped Assuming you are not wearing a thong, the proper fit around
the buttocks is balanced, symmetrical, covered and cupped. If not, you need a
bigger size. Also, if some of your current panties are riding up, the elastic
is probably shot and they need to be replaced. We hope this page
helps you to get the comfy panties you deserve!
